Let me clear up what he's saying:

YOU CAN SWITCH TO TOWN CLOTHES WHILE DOWNED TO AVOID REPAIR COSTS IF YOU'RE ABOUT TO DIE

(He's also saying you can leave your city clothes in the bank so when you switch to city clothes for this exploit you won't damage anything except your own nakedness)

I been lurking over at the main gw2 forums and there are alot of white knights trogs who browse the ownedcore forums posting every single bug that ownedcore finds and they insta report them.

Did you ever tried it? You had ZERO repair costs for your town clothes. Yes for sure, you had to repair it, but you didnt have to pay for it. But its fixed now! I saved TONS of Gold in WvW

you WOULD see the dmg but ONLY to your town clothes which are FREE to repair.

at least thats what it seemed like to me, i did this for a while before it got fixed

I though almost everyone knew this. This is not an exploit. Anyone who plays World vs World would know this cause you constantly get zergged by groups of invaders. Anywho, +1 for the OP for making others aware.
