I think me and OP are talking about different things now, definitely not 1g with my method, so I'd like to know as well. My method basically exploits the fact that you are invulnerable to green stuff once you reach top of last stairs, and can then come down get the chests. Since they reset 3-4 minutes, and 3rd chest gives you 4-7 or so ToT bags...you do the math.

Inspiration: this video Mad King Clock Tower + Chests

Steps are:
1. (skip if dont care about reports...not like ppl have time for it when they are running it)
Find an overflow at peak online time
Afk for a bit while ppl leave...you will be alone by midnight

2.
Get to the top of the stairs, don't leap for tower, let green stuff get you...you live! Make your way down to 3rd chest(the one you jump down on)

3.
Get Macro Creator v2.54 - Automation Tool (Recorder & Writer) - Scripts - AutoHotkey Community

4.
Write a script to press f and do anti-afk A/D/Space, like this


5.
Run it, afk, come back to see all the glorious bags

Alternative approach involves using gZoom or some such to teleport up and farm the tower itself

It farms less than if you would run the puzzle, so yes indeed, that's not it. Or maybe it's a beginning of the "solution" ?
