FARM CoF 3G/1 hour. Tons of blues, couple of rares and sometimes exotics. 15min/run.

This is the deal.

Yesterday I farmed CoF for tokens, and suddenly I realised that I made a lot of gold doing the dungeon runs. You need 5 ppl and you need a experienced group that can pull it of in 15-20 mins pr/run. (On my server everyone is currently farming Citadel of Flame, finding a group won't be hard.)
TIP: You get tons of items, so buy new bags to prevent going to bank/vendor constantly.

Level requirement 75-80 (80 I would recommend)

The experienced CoF run - Guide for beginners: (Don't worry, the dungeon is not hard to figure out at all)

Dungeon Location:


Chose Magg, number 2.


Kill the first guards fast, use target.


Stand next to the Egg nest, when the event continues you can target and kill it.


1 guy triggers the event to continue, while everyone else run up on the cliff and wait for new egg nests to spawn and kill. Don't waste time on the spiders, leave them alone.


After killing all the egg nests, the event will tell you to kill a couple of guards, run from the cliff over to the guard room (ignore spiders)


Own this guy.


Everyone except one (who has to trigger the event) spread out and go to the bomb locations and get ready to pick em up with the event starts.


Next part, just jump from rock to rock, no need to use water or wtf the npc gives you. Run to the other side fast.

When you arrive to the other side, climb up the rocks and wait for the event to trigger again.


Now pull 1 guard at a time and kill.


GRP up, and run clockwise in the room until the timer reaches 100%


1 guy tanks the big mob, rest find and wound the 4 acro mobs (kill them the same time) and then kill eternal flame in the middle. Wait for 4 acros to spawn again, same all over, kill and go at eternal.


Final reward, 1 out of 3 chests you will come across in this dungeon.


I made 15 gold doing this a couple of hours yesterday.
Also, there is many bugs to exploit items and silver (AFK AUTOIT POSSIBLE), but I will save those for elite exploits later when I get the time.

- Vendor it if your lazy.
- TP the items.
- Salvage.
- Mystic Forge the blues to better items.

How is this an exploit ? Been doing this for a week plus and what it seems to be the entire server as well. Its just the second route on CoF its a fast run for sure but its not an exploit. Good guide for newer players to the dungeon on the second option for CoF.

Its not really an exploit but it is quite a good guide for goldmakeing and running the dungeon.

Little late for that TBH. Everyone and their mother on my server is doing it, lmao. Not an exploit at all. Just speed running, has existed since the beginning of time! O:. OP has a really nice guide though, there is no elite guide section though!

You guys are absolutely right that this isn't a exploit for some, but I however do not think that it was the developers intention that you could complete the dungeon 60-70% faster than normal runs. I agree that maybe this should be moved to guide.

Personally I think that the dungeon soon will be nerfed by the devs.
