Reached 80 already now, just 24/7ing for Karma now, I seem pretty safe, nothing happened to my account its been running for 6 Days straight. Almost 350K karma now.

You do it with Tomatoe's AutoIt Script.
Just stand in a spot that will always be in range of something when it spawns.

I've watched idiots farming this spot a lot. Incredibly often people mention it and these people get reported. Tempted to do it myself for being so blatantly obvious about scripting.

There are two people on my server up on these ledges. Still not moving... still spamming arrows... still very obvious.
