it works nice, just need to find people that aren't brainless and willing to skip the event to trigger the others. one dude even said he reporting me for telling him to not win the event><. fuking tools. but eventually i had a good 20people running threw them with me. but even then every time it came to the skiped event there was always people trying to complete it. new people show up every time and you gotta explain to them not to. it's quite annoying but worth the exp. i'm already 62 was 53 all in a day. i should hit 70today. ty rep you.

well i'm at the camp now and ummm, it triggers the same but after you do the last one in chain b4 losing the wave ...it does that really long wait now too. fuking ninja patched it i guess? ...i hate arena net. this was the funnest way to level. like real grind and now back to jumping around again. was doign it with same set of people and felt like a old school mmo for a minute.

Just walked by to check it, the event was already in progress and waves 5/10 down with people in ther e doing event, but besides that there were a crpaton of friendly ogres in there... Fixed?

yeah been at it all day seems fixed..or more like changed so you can't stay and enjoy those same events over and over. goes to show how much this game is all about running around and not killing stuff that they had to slow it down. i been jumpin server to server repeating the 10wave one over and over. but after awhile it drops your exp from 5k to 2500 a win for server jumping to much. need to find a new way to level from 65-80 ...any suggestions?

My server is full of a bunch of completely arrogant unreasonable people.

I've explained politely them how this works.

They have responded with.
"I hope you die"
"You're an exploiter"
"I just want to finish the quest"
Or a million other excuses.

Too bad for people's lack of intelligence.

Or maybe they just don't want to exploit.

Tried this out just now but was imposible to fail it (was doing it solo). But other than that its great xp anyway, but how long is the respawn timer if you choose to complete everything?

EDIT: I see now that i don't get any 10 wave event anymore. BUT if you fail the first one when they take over the town you will get another one where they will take over the town close to the other one which gives some more XP. Just a brotip.

just kill some mobs (to get xp from failed gold event) and leave the area while the next wave kills the npcs -> event will fail
be sure the next wave u will leave is a normal attack wave and nothing with ritualists and so on

Somehow the NPC's manage to complete it, probably some player that appears then.

It's not that it isn't working anymore, but the servers have been up for a solid 2 days without a restart and events all over the world are bugging out on every server.

Unfortunately, it's impossible to fail the 10 wave event, apparently.

The trolls that help you constantly heal to full when they're about to die. I saw one troll kill the Veteran Flame Effigy + 2 enemies by himself. @_@;
