How do I do item restoration and when do they reset it to? Also when should I sell the account again? Im doing paypal gift to avoid chargebacks.

I tried to get my money back after sending a paypal gift and paypal flat out refused. It is extremely hard to chargeback a gift.

Okay so all he did was take the gold then try to scam more people on paypal.
