How do you become a Skeleton ?

Hey, just wondered how i become a skeleton, is it an item i need to equip or a Consumable item that has a specific duration etc ?
Any knowledge would be great

Can a member of Aldmeri Dominion acquire the Skeletal Visage item ? Or does it need to be EP faction ?

This is a mid-level quest in "Stillerise Village" in the west/southwest of ShadowFen. Once you complete it, you will be rewarded with an unique item, a costume, that turns you into a skeleton.

Ahh right, i thought it was an EP Land/area that i wouldnt be able to go into. Sorry for the confusion and thanks for clearing that up

It is an EP area. Shadowfen. If you aren't in the EP then you can go there during Veteran Ranks instead to get it.
