New hireling item mail dupe?????

Sorry about that lol. just copy your password, allow the game to save your email to make logins quick. login to the character selection screen and then select the character with hirelings you have not opened mail from today. wait for 'requesting login' to finish after logging the character, and when the actual loading screen appears press Alt+F4. Just do that around 25 to 30 times, or more if you want but the mail has a cap so it's a waste of time if you do it too much. Make sure you've deleted every mail you don't need, so you get as any hireling chests as possible.

I can confirm the Hireling-bug working. Even if you already opened your hireling mails you will recieve new mails with alt+f4 in loading screen.

Edit: Is there someone on EU-Server I could test a possible maildupe with? /pm

Dont understand this. Even if i have logged on every alt with the hireling ability, but not touched the mail itself ( i open these containers on my main ) can i get this to work somehow ?

First you login and choose your character. At the loading screen press Alt+F4. Next time you login you will have mail.

I'm on NA and would like to try this for player mail duping with someone.



Edit: tried this with someone for player sent mail, he said he received no duplicates from me. I used a couple of simple food items.

sadly i collected todays hireling bags allready. how do i know when it reset, so they will send another ( so i can alt+f4 on the loading screen, and they keep sending it ) ?

Hireling mail is character specific, so I imagine it would work almost exactly the same. However most mail I know of, even if sent to a player name, will show up on other characters and isn't toon specific. Which IMO is probablly the big deal breaker that needs to be figured out. I don't think it has anything to do with delay or lag.

I've been messing with it, CoD's, Guild store purchases, returns, regular sent mail. The thing is there is 100's of varations it could be done in.

Has anyone tried mailing to someone, then deleting the character, or returning to a deleted character? I mean I could literally sit here and think of 1000's of ways to break the system I just need to sleep and can't test any further.

Great ideas. I tried them but no cigar. Replying to a deleted character does nothing. Mail just shows up on another one. Good ideas though.
Maybe if you delete all characters on the account? Anyone try that? Deleting one still allows the mail to go through.
