Usually you just go to the last page and check if "THIS IS HOTFIXED" is spammed all over the place. But if you think you have a good solution to this "problem", feel free to post it in "Suggestions".

If you see threads that you think should be closed, feel free to use the report button and a moderator will look into it!

Alternatively, just post in the thread that it's fixed so everyone can see.

Besides, bugs/exploits tend to come back in future patches/expansions so even if it doesn't work *right now* it doesnt mean that it will never work again, and many clever people get ideas from old threads even if the method is fixed, and refine the method to make new working exploits

As already stated - Fixed exploits are not supposed to be deleted.

As for you octech - first stop breaking site rules, and then think about applying to be a mod.
