Wow, Zenimax continues to surprise me with the amount of game-breaking incompetence. But, I guess I shouldn't be that surprised by a cashgrab.

Have you actually played the game? you can get ~350 skill points on your character doing everything. Spending 60 hours to level up a char to potentially gain 2 skill points is hardly 'game-breaking incompetence' as you call it. Now having a Vampire in PvP who can spam his ultimate because it costs only 4 ... now that is Incompetence by the devs.

i heard it was only around 270 , not sure where your getting 350 and im considering all quests SP's aswell.

It's at least 300. ZoS confirmed that at the Reddit AMA. I heard calculations at around 320 but I don't know how accurate those are.
