If you're talking about the iron man quest. I'm afraid it doesn't, and unfortunately you still have to share with the people "below" too

It gives you a different isntance yes but you will still be in the same instance as other ppl who took the quest.

I been making vague references of sharing in chat. I wanted it to go every other. I allowed it to switch off for every other to make sure he got loot too. I figured it was fair. Going back and forth still gives great loot for everyone. I was giving the other guy more loot then mine. Then the guy left loot open again for 15 minutes.

Fight fire with fire now. I hope I can share with the next guy. I am going to block loot for a little while now until hopefully a new guy comes.

It could sometimes be a case of someone using a macro and the players inventory becoming full without them knowing. So it just gets stuck.
I'm pretty sure Ive had that happen with an underground bot.
