WoW Shaman with 920+ gear level

I'm looking to buy a WoW account with a Shaman main, and I have some requirements:

- Gear level of 920+ (I can stretch to 910+, but 920+ would be preferred).
- Legion flying is the only mandatory requirement!
- Orc race preferred.
- Enhancement spec much-preferred. Elemental will be considered, but not Restoration (sorry, not a healer).
- Legendary gear for Enhancement is not too important, but having Prydaz will definitely get my attention.
- Mounts and battle pets are not much of a concern, as long as one mount is flight-capable.

Armoury links and/or screenshots will be expected. I would like to examine my potential purchase before buying.

As I'm an Oceanic player, I would be willing to pay a little bit extra for the seller to transfer the character to an Oceanic realm of my choice. Believe me, the less lag the better!
