L100 Rogue with 715 ring

Looking to buy a Rogue, preferably geared for Assassination.

The Rogue MUST have the 715 ring. The 690 ring will be acceptable if you are close to getting the third Elemental Tablet, but I require picture proof of this.

Gear doesn't matter much, so long as the Rogue is geared for Assassination.
Mounts and battle pets matter ever less.
If you have a Level 3 Garrison with plenty of Epic L100 followers then that will get my attention.
If you're Human and on an Oceanic realm, you'll definitely get my attention.
