I think these guys may be lying. I was talking to the guy on skype earlier and he said he we was leveling my guy. I go on later today, and no progress has been made. I'm giving them one more day.
Edit: Talked with him again. He said progress will be made tomorrow, if not he will give me a refund. Will update. Overall nice guy to talk to.

Purchased leveling 1-40 yesterday at 2pm GMT, nothing has happened on the account yet (almost 24 hours), it cost me £55 (75 EUR)
The guy seems nice, has kept me updated and reassured me it will be fine, just waiting now, I would recommend nobody paying any more to these guys until I post results. Aparently I'm going to see results tonight.
Will continually update this thread.

Purchased 1-40 for 75 EUR, was told for three days to wait now, communication has stopped today, obviously a scammer, stay away from these guys, and if you're paying for something, make sure your merchant has blacklisted this name: Leonte Florin, he is Romanian, from either Lasi or Bucharest. Hopefully he will get a job like a real man, but hey, you never know
