The account it's on US, up for paid character transfer, have around 9k+ achievements.

I am not the hard grinder type, was most active in vanilla, tbc and after that I just played the game to be played, there are other achievements on the account but nothing worth mentioning.

Been talking to him. He refuses to let me login the the website or in game using only his username and password to check if it is legit.
His IP address doesnt match skype location and he told me he is currently living in his skype location, which he isnt.
Dont not accept paypal.
Makes up bullshit about i might delete items and transfer the character off if he gives me the account info, and says if i do, he can only restore 3 items.
