He was also online here on ownedcore 19hrs ago which is well after i have tried contacting him so obv he has been around.
You can't do anything once it's made it's way in to his bank. Hell most times you can't even challenge that shit on paypal since it's buying something virtual. However if you transferred the funds from your bank you MAY be able to contact them about it.
Yes most of the funds were transfered from my back
I mean from my bank*
Did you pay as gift? if its not, There is a chance for claim
also if you pay as credit card at paypal, more chance to getting your money back
2000$ is huge amount, don't give up
So who should I try calling my bank or paypal?
I also need an admin to ban his ownedcore account if that is possible
His profile :

what does that have to do with anything when I have pictures and facts of him scamming me? I have all skype logs and logs of me just whispering him in-game and acting like he did not know me
Definitely don't stop at the level of talking with your bank/PayPal. 2500 is a lot of money and I think you should strongly consider suing for your loss. PayPal doesn't really cover virtual items but you two technically had a binding contract and if he violated that you are legally entitled to either the money or the account. I know a handful of people between OwnedCore and Epic Npc who have sued for less than what you've lost and they've come out successful. Whether or not you decide to do that is up to you but it might be worth taking in to consideration. And most of the time it won't even get that far, the threat alone might be enough to scare him straight
Well he gave me his bank information because we were going to just do bank transfers, I've seen almost all of his posts on other sites and have his I think old cellphone numbers because now it is disconnected, So I think at this point suing is going to be an option
