To get rid of the gold easily you'd have to drop it down all the way to less than 50 cents per 1000. That puts your gold worth around 160 dollars, no where near 400. Reselling the gold with no rep it could move moderately fast at 70 cents per 1000, stil no where near 400.

To get to your item level, with no garrosh kill and no garrosh mount, takes about 300k gold based on what many top 10 25 man hard guilds are offering (100k per wing from the first three, you get all loot, in a 25 man loot is pretty abundant). That means your gear is essentially worthless and the value of your gold has already been stated. The value in an account comes from rare things, Invincible mount, Mim's head mount, Hand of A'dal, Champion of the Naaru, Death's Demise, Gladiator mounts, gladiator titles etc. If you don't have those the value goes down a ton, especially at the end of an expansion when that gear is going to be 100% void.

If I can spend 300k gold to get an account in my name, not yours, essentially the exact same as you through buying a run, why would I spend 800 dollars on your account? Especially for someone with no rep. You may not like the offers you're getting but realistically you're account is worth 400-500 dollars. Add in that you have no rep or trade feedback and people are probably not going to consider dishing out more than it's worth.
