FAQ

1) What's the difference between Standard and Extended services?
Standard services provide a standard middleman, like described above. If you purchase Extended services, we'll take a bit more time to do in-depth research on both parties, dig up anything we can find and inform both parties if the other is shady or not.

2) Do you verify identities?
Yes. Buyer needs to provide an image of an ID with the same name as the PayPal that will be used for trading. If they fail to comply, the seller will be notified and we'll not be able to guarantee their safety from that point on.

3) What happens if buyer recalls the money two days after the trade?
Unfortunately, we can't be responsible for the events after the trade, however, we will do everything in our power to help the seller out and fight the case.

4) Do you save ID images?
Yes, we store information about each trade in bulk, meaning, everything we have on a single trade including Skype logs, names, trade details, ID images, everything is stored with a reference number in a secure manner. The information is stored forever, while ID images are stored only as long as someone can file a dispute with PayPal. Once that period is over, we'll purge the images from our system.

5) How do you fight scammers?
By saving all the info, we have more than enough to pursue scammers. We'll be working closely with Ownedcore community and staff in order to fight every scam attempt, and if possible, alert the authorities about the scammer. We are ready to go to great lengths just to prove a point, and just so that they'll stay away from this forum.

6) Will you ever add anyone to Skype first?
No! Not under any circumstance will anyone from the team add you first, even if you ask for it.

7) Can you make an account and attach the key for me?
Yes, and we can even do it from an IP that's located in your country, however, we'll proceed to do this only after the seller confirms the payment.
