not attached account to the Battle Net,old accs, CHEAP and FAST

Hey!
I'm looking to buy wow-acc, and if you want to sell,please follow some rules :
1) You must be the original owner of the account and have some information about it
2) I don't care about your achievements, lvl and ilvl of your gear,and a won't pay for it. But you should have some low-level characters (Pally,Druid, priest, shaman)
3) Your account must be not attached to the Battlenet service, so I could attach it to my battle net!
4) And the last, your account should follow this rule : " Only accounts that have been continually inactive since March 4, 2012 are eligible to receive a scroll. "
