Turns out this guy was using his real name on skype. also this isnt his home. this was done at his college and after searching online and diving thru some other files with help from friends he is actually going to that college. idiot. guess who is calling their school tomorrow asking for access records via a subpoena that should be out of jag by friday.

you can use the jag,due to the fact that they can represent you in a judicial court system yes. the ucmj however is only for perople who are active or directly involved with the military ( i.e. civilian contractors)
