I assume there is a lot of vanity items / special mounts? $300 is A LOT to ask for an account with only 2 85's, and some-what geared.

The Death Knight has a decent amount of mounts (and rare ones), but besides that, no.

I'm willing to go as low as $200 just to get rid of it.

Well, sorry to burst your bubble, but WoW accounts aren't worth THAT much. There's a guy selling his 380 ilvl warrior for $165.
The market for WoW accounts is really, really bad right now.

I know this isn't how it's calculated, but I don't believe that iLvl shouldn't be much of a multiplier factor.

I mean, once you hit 85 you can easily go from 310 to 350 in a day from Zandalari runs. I know because I've done it 10 times on my account. Not only that, most people would rather gear+raid than level.
And not only that, the 358 iLvl gear could be purchased off AH. 350-380 is a bigger jump, yes. But most people play WoW for progression anyway, to get gear and raid. (Or PvP)

I guess what I'm saying is: 1-85 should be valued more than iLvl.
