100% scammer. Have proof of him receiving (and withdrawing) payment made to him, and he denied receiving payment. I had to specifically call him out on it, then he kept delaying delivery until I pushed him harder.

Then he blocks and ignores. BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS SCAMMER!

Additional note: Spoke with another person that paid LegendaryNPC and he also was blocked and ignored with no responses in over a week.
