How these character transfers work? If I find interesting character to buy, how to get it to my account? And what about mounts / titles / achievements / pets work on transfering? Is there any way to get legacy mounts that are now unobtainable to my account?

I heard there is ways to transfer it to peoples account but i have not yet understood if its possible or not, so i guess its kinda just talk right now, the way i sell is i send the character to a complete fresh account, you get the achievment points the character has, the mounts,pets etc it has.
