he's had the account for about 3 weeks now and im still waiting for payment and hes not replying on skype anymore, and i can clearly see he's using the computer because he keeps logging in on ownedcore and skype, just a warning.

Yes i have skype logs of everything, including a screenshot from his bank stating that the transfer was made but no money has been transferred.
