Reporting this guy for ID Theft , He is scamming ppl under my name for a long time

How could this happen to me , is simple , i have sold him my account 4 month's ago hand to hand transaction + my ID ofc whit the accoun't.
He got my account banned bc he buyd Gold and blizzard track it , he contacted me again for my irl pic and called blizz , but sins buying gold and admitting it to a gm results in a perm ban.

Now he is using under my ID to scam ppl all over the place and on difren't forums , my Epicnpc Verified almost got lost bc there is lots of **** spreading out on my id ,

Both from Denmark and all under the same IP.

He founded out a way to scam and abuse under another guys ID .

Ps: if anyone is known of ID Theft and had same problems that i have now , and how to fix this , any info would be realy helpfull sins its the first time this overcome's me
