Correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn*t the seller need to transfer his original character that got the Scarab Lord title to you?

Correct if you transfer a lvl 10 you will only get the mount NOT the title

You would need to transfer the original toon that earnt the title so i dont hold much hope of anyone doing that!
