Was super helpful in answering all my questions when it came to if my gear level on my alts was high enough, and even with it being super busy they got it done pretty quick and based off shards one shot both specs.

Bought 3 mage towers. Everything went smooth at the time. Within 3 weeks I'm banned for "account sharing" this is the first and only time I have used a service like this. They say they are "investigating" it. Whatever that means, it's not going to get my account unbanned. Also they won't even refund me even though Blizzard states they will remove anything on the account at the time of the account share.

Not sure if I'm allowed to post pics as proof but will if needed.
