Serious issue (big enough I would recommend people not use their service right now)... pending resolution... waiting for ArmadaBoost to get back to me.
EDIT: 12 hours later and major issue still not resolved.
EDIT: 32 or so hours after the incident, issue has just now been resolved; gold stolen from account during a boost has been returned. ArmadaBoost made good on fixing this issue but it should never have happened in the first place. Have used ArmadaBoost, exclusively, and never had a problem - until this time - but it was a major issue and it is hard now for me to trust any "piloted" services offered. Thank you for resolving this specific issue. I wish you had processes in place to avoid what happened.
