Support:
8/10 - Tickets are answered with in a few hours. Language ASL is apparent as they can sound a bit curt and short but are helpful.
Product:
Not really user friendly.(as in press and go, or download and go requires some fine tuneing) Guides and help are locked behind private areas I had to keep asking to get access to.
Getting started it self is really confusing but I guess its for security?
Overall:
-Supported Resolutions should be on the 1st page of the site or somewhere viewable on the website.
-On the expensive side.
-Do the trial version fist be a responsible consumer unlike me.
-Support is good and the community looks super active.
edit:
I did follow the troubleshooting steps provided but did not work
