    my opinion for this product
    1) Installation - hard. You have to create abount 75 macros for each class/spec. If your game is not in english - localize it by yourself, manually
    2) Support - medium, only via live chat/discord/skype
    3) Community - poor, even no forum to discuss rotations
    4) Rotataions - poor, no rotation status (u can ask via support). Rotations are not ready for gameplay ( for me - dps works fine, but no dispel/healing even in PVE combats). No info about rotations, priority, etc. No info how to modify rotaions. No GUI. No guide how to make new rotation. No guides how to use existing rotations.

    Finnaly - it's private product, not ready for game atm. Dont buy if don't know how to build addons and lua rotation's. ( back in times made PE and Nerdpack rotations by myself, got cutting edges in holy/ret pala - but this addon is a mess with million of options, hard to configure)
    Get a trial version to check it, don't pay full version.

    Thank you for your feedback, we will take some points to work on improvements, but I would like to give a detailed comment to make a clarity on your conclusions.

    Setup process
    The installation process is quite easy, what you describe how to set 75 macros is absolutely not a complicated process that takes a maximum of 20-40 minutes even with localization, however, it must be carried out once as initiated, then you will never have to return to this stage. Why is this needed? This is necessary primarily to protect you as a user, each user sets macros and their own assignments to them, that is, absolutely unique, they will never intersect with any other user, as well as the settings (internal and external) they are generated randomly, and you also get a choice of a combat profile, its version, its settings. This approach is rather a plus than a minus, especially since no one has such a thing except us.

    Support and Community
    Support is provided not only via live chat/discord/skype but also via telegram, email and discord server.
    For non-trial users, we have a separate server in Discord, where practically 24/7 you can ask a question and almost immediately get an answer from authorized auditors and our community. Moreover, we don't ask exhausting questions when you contact us and we don't answer with evasive answers. You have a problem? We are solving it! Difficult to interact? We will use premium Team Viewer to connect to your computer to help!

    Forum
    We used to have a forum, but it did not find popularity in itself, so we stopped using it in 2018. I believe that forum usage is an old era.

    Rotations
    4) Rotataions - poor, no rotation status (u can ask via support). Rotations are not ready for gameplay ( for me - dps works fine, but no dispel/healing even in PVE combats).     Rotation Status always located in Discord server for non-trial users, it's live tracker. When you buy a trial, you also receive this status in the instructions, the trial is given for 3 days, soon this status will also be visible on the site after its revision.

    Guides how to make rotation, how to modify and etc available with trial access, enough to read the guide section just, you simply skipped it (it's very hard to skip), even if you hadn't access in to guides there are documentation copy as well. You can always see the rotation priority in the profile interface if you have read our documentation. However, despite all this, I want to remind you that our support does not include teaching you how to program and such etc.

    UI
    Each combat profile based on our modifications supports APIs for interrupts, auras, communications, and so on in its UI. Probably, you installed another modification where there is no such things and launched its profile, or you completely ignored the instructions without noticing the obvious thing how to open this UI as far as I can judge from your message. Below I provide a part of our interface, which is localized and available in all client languages, you can see here Auras tab which allows dispel also Healing System tab which controls healing.

    Example, UI Auras - Dispel, Purge, Enrage removal. Available since 2019.

    First of all, our product is a - professional solution. Like any other similar professional solution, it should include the entire set of personalized settings in a convenient and accessible form for the user.

    Secondly, this set of settings should not put restrictions and we really don't have them, because you can edit and customize absolutely anything for yourself, I repeat, absolutely anything, we have no restrictions in this regard.

    In the third stage, the set is configured by default and works for any possible task as "included everything that can be used with whatever you like". You don't need to touch anything and customize additionally in the given UI, except for those cases when you really need to, because all the default settings are set on the condition as "work with everything and everyone". Therefore, you don't need to worry about the settings inside the UI at all. Maybe you just need to add auras or create a macro that would turn on and off bursts by pressing, well, in general, this is enough for beginner.

    This is our ideology and we follow it.

    Thx for reply, but atm rotations are not ready at all, just for heroic instances. One big "NOOOO" - dont lie that your rotations are clear and have gui , they don't.
    think about limited trial (free) just to test rotation status.
    ps: talking about dispell options - yeah, you have and interface for it, but i don't want to add auras by myself ( even while the price is 100 euros), there are no Shadowlands PvE spells in list. i just want lazy checkbox like "dispell all safe/dispel critical"

    One big "NOOOO" - dont lie that your rotations are clear and have gui , they don't.
    All profiles have GUI, there are no any one profile without this. I have already shown this to you in the examples above. For each spec, only the minor and last add-ins tabs changes depending on the profile, for each class we have few profiles and each profile has own default preset of UI settings.

    talking about dispell options - yeah, you have and interface for it
    Please decide whether we have a GUI or not, because you are trying to make a claim on one, and then write everything in reverse.

    i don't want to add auras by myself ( even while the price is 100 euros), there are no Shadowlands PvE spells in list
    Our auras have been updated for SL and they are pre-added, if a part of the auras is missing from the list, this does not mean that the entire list is missing, in this case you can manually add the missing or required for you aura.

    Reading this forum, I see that the product has problems, ok, not the perfect product, but some points in your product make me afraid to buy.

    First are the payment methods, if I don't like the product or get dissatisfied I won't get my money back, since you don't work with PayPal, (which I find very strange), I have no guarantee that I will see my money again, I will depend on your goodwill and think that I deserve to be reimbursed.

    Second, not being able to find videos or proof that your product is satisfactory to me, you agree with me that what is good for one person may not be good for another, so in my view it is not enough to have GIFs or someone on the forum saying that it's good, I would like to see an arena or a BG.

    As I understand it, the player is obliged to use the Wow Client in English to use the product? Do you mean that if I use a French client I will have to change the wow language?

    Our project has no problems besides the updates on the part of the site, but I would not class it as a problem, since this is an improvement. What you read on the forum is due to the simple reluctance of people to understand the instructions and generally go deeper into anything. It doesn't make the project, product, or team bad. We have a lot of 99% stable logs and play able in pvp on a arms cr at r1 3s in this season.

    We don't accept PayPal at the moment and I can't answer you if we will, you can find refund policy in our first message in this thread as well as on site, this information is always shown and copies on your final step in to name of your purchase.

    We have not had this and never will, you can see short previews in the first message of this topic, but no more. We are not loyal to excessive publicity - to focus extra attention on youtube, discuss more risky sections of forums, and so on. We are not market sellers, we are doing a project that we love for ourselves and the community in it, this is the fundamental difference between having demo videos in order to sell you rather than have and use a worthy product.

    No, you do not have to change the language inside the game, this is a prejudice for cheaper projects with less accessible functionality, but with us it's the opposite. Moreover, you not only do not need to change the language in the game, you will have completely localized interface in your native language even if you play on English you can switch UI language in to French without switch itself client's language. UI supports localizations: English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italy, Russian, any resolution, any DPI/scale and ElvUI as well, no limits.

    There is no need to flood here and write badly about the product without even buying it. Look at the reviews about us in the first main message of the topic.

    If you do not agree with our policies, then we do not force you to buy anything, this is your exclusive right.
