We have NEVER had a ban, only suspensions (one time).
The suspended accounts was over a month ago in a tripwire event, so I doubt you are an customer or else you're giving feedback 45 days later. Can I please have your order number?

I can see you have an old order from 41 days ago. You got a suspension and not a ban. This because of the tripwire event
