How did it go? Would like to hear your experiences with your run. Did you do a full pilot or self play? The last few review posts in this thread are brand new members which is making me a little nervous and skeptical

Placed an order for HC HFC - after a very nice conversation with one of the guys. They squeezed me in and the raid started 15 minutes later!! I was extremely happy with the level of service and communication - although the run "only" yielded 5 pieces of loot. I was told that I would be taken on a bonus run next reset - and holy schlime, did I ever; ended up with 4pc set, weapon, belt and an extra pair of gloves if I feel the need to mix it up!

Extraordinary service, both gaming- and people-wise - definitely worth recommending, and something for my soon-to-be-100 rogue to look forward to!!!!

Ordered 13/13 HFC HC and got a quick response via Email and skype.
Very good customer support and a really easy person to talk to, answered all my questions and provided the insight i was looking for.
I was lucky to get a spot really fast, and my raid started 2 Hours after the order. (piloted)

The run was with 23 people, of which 5 were boosted (that's atleast what i think since those were the only ones not from a russian realm, not sure though)
I got a bit unlucky regarding drops with "only" 7 pieces of loot using 4 Bonusrolls and no tierpiece (2 rings, 1 mace, 1 sword, neck, trinket, wrist), while the add promised 9 items.
The person i had contact with in skype immediately proposed a new run next week, FREE of charge, thats more than i expected and i did accept the offer.

Will update this accordingly after the bonus run next week.

up to this point im more than satisfied with the service provided and can only recommend this group/company
