Ordered a full HFC heroic clear yesterday and did the whole thing in about 2.5 hours. Got 21 items! Including 4 pieces of tier and class trinket!
Very fast and efficient aswell as a polite customer support.

I did my second run with these guys today for 13/13 HFC heroic.
The raid started on time, which is great. But.. there were a ton of downtime, the raid took 5 hours. A lot longer than the first time I did it.
Reason for that was a lot of waiting and around 20 wipes. Other than that I guess it was good, got a lot of drops atleast.
