Update Since its taking a while for my positive feedback to get through.

H BRF went smoothly, got 11 pieces of gear, 3/5 Heroic Tier and Weapon + Offhand.

Also bought a CM 8/8 Gold. Completed in 2 days.

Overall, very pleased with their customer support and service.
