I was slightly worried, as anyone is when purchasing a service to do events for you, but these folks are great! They were very professional. Even scheduling, there was no push for more characters or any other add-on. During the entire process they kept me up to date with Skype. I had multiple characters so they needed to get more than one booster keyed to my account, which they again did with no issue. They kept me updated as the first character was ran through and told me when they were done. Even gave me a peek at the armor (transmogging my current gear) to show me what their hard work did.

Fully recommend them for any other services you may need.

Waiting on the next 3 characters to be done, but I don't doubt their expertise!

I was worried in the beginning since there was a delay, and as time passed I was sure I had been scammed. Turns out I was definitely not scammed, and after they showed up they apologized profusely for the delay and sounded completely sincere about it. After that we were off and we finished all 9 challenge modes as scheduled.
These guys know exactly what they're doing and they know exactly what you should do as well, and they tell you that without being bossy or otherwise problematic. If you need a boost you should go to these guys. I completely recommend them, they've done everything I asked for and more.
