If this is ZaitsEU then I would like an explanation, I purchased a Gold 9/9 challenge run last month for my Mage and till today have not received any boost or refund.
EDIT: I have spoken to Bloodfall and he has agreed that he will perform a refund and that he apologizes for the delay in service. Apparently they are been having issues with the gold booster. Should this be resolved then I revoke any issues I had with the service. I will update as I get further info.
