Quick question on the Affliction profile.

I'm curious about the use of Fel Flame. There's some logic guiding the profile to cast Fel Flame on targets that have either popped immunities or high damage mitigation defensives. I was wondering whether this is to establish some sort of timekeeping within the profile or maybe whether there's some underlying purpose I've overlooked?

I clarified two types of immun.
first spell immunity second dmg immunity
but felflame code is just a check of both so I dont seperate them for warlock
Mainly this was designed for destruction. Even if your target is immun you will generate embers with it.
For affliction it doesnt make that much sense, but its also a identifier for me to see that the target is currently immun and I can switch to another target for a few seconds

ctrl+^ = grounding totem
ctrl+q = totemic projection
ctrl+e = capacitor totem
ctrl+1 = ascendance + popping everything else macro
ctrl+2 = thunderstorm
ctrl+3 = healing tide totem
ctrl+4 = hex
ctrl+r = shamanistic rage
ctrl+f = windwalk totem
ctrl+t = tremor totem
F3 = insignia
ctrl+c = earthbind totem
ctrl+g = magma totem

yes I click fire/earth elemental totem XD

what ratings have you achieved with the profiles that you use?

i can only repeat Cokx and myself again. Arena is a team game where this profile helps you but it wont carry you and you should keep in mind that the "skill" behind a given rating is different in every battlegroup. For example: Standing in the middle or not leaping back to a pillar when mage/ele pop cds on you or moving behind a pillar while losing your healer and drop dead in 4 seconds is enough to hold you on 1500.

I mainly team up with people from the trade chat so judge these numbers accordingly. Warrior 2000 mmr, Lock 1850 mmr in 2v2, 1750 in 3v3, shaman 1950 mmr in resto gear with a fully geared disc priest.

I am pretty sure he will. Anyway the planned changes are not game breaking imho more lik QoL changes. No rage cost for shattering throw, hamstring is off gcd and you do not need a shield for spell reflect and shieldwall. These are not huge changes and the warrior come back will depend on the nerfs what the other classes receive in the final patch note.
