Hello, I was seeing what the chance might be of unbanning an account I got banned way back when S1 in bc was out. I got banned for selling gold/buying gold. A friend gave me the account. I have it merged to bnet now but still banned.

Tried the service with Smoogels on a Diablo III account freshly banned for Sarkoth AutoIT, very polite and answered all the questions I had.
Both e-mails were well written and thought out, but Blizzard is pretty stingy about unbanning D3 bot accounts.
In the end was not able to recover, ended up permanently banned/not able to submit another ticket.
I would highly suggest using this service for WoW accounts as it seems It's his specialty.

Unfortunately I was not finished with this account and you messaged me basically saying you give up, I felt that there was still some sort of hope (as I had another pretty decent trick up my sleeve). =/
