The guy is friendly and very helpful, and got to work straight after I ordered. He finished my character in the next 36 hours.

First off I've never had anyone bot an account for me so this was a nerve racking experience from the start. With that said HI5 is the BEST! Like many others have said he's very polite and happy to update you on the progress of your characters or anwser any questions you may have. HI5 quickly removed any doubt i had about his service. and while as i mentioned i was very nervous at first after having him do this job this will not be the last job i give him for sure!

BEst part for me:

He leveled 3 characters for me over roughly a 16 day period which was almost half the time he originally told me it would take. In addition to the speed he's also apparently pretty good with the AH between all my characters I probably have about 45k worth of gold. (not a bad start if you ask me :P)
