Hi all,

Sephiroth did it again! I got unbanned 2 weeks after we started sending the tickets! This is an account that has been banned for more than a year. Initial appeals failed a year ago and I gave up on ever getting my account back.

He wrote a total of 7 letters. We sent a ticket every day. My case was reviewed a few times and rejected. Eventually it was sent to the penalty department and voila the ban was removed.
I am very satisfied and highly recommend his service. Each letter he wrote for me was so perfectly written that it probably made the GMs pause and they had to take us seriously.

My advise if you take up his service is to be patient and do EXACTLY as he tells you. He knows his stuff and do trust in what he tells you.

I have purchased the premium package due to the latest ban wave via wow. I have sent my first letter in and got a response looking for another letter. I think its because we are in different time zones that i have not hear from him yet but will update here how the next letter goes.

Paid on Sunday Oct 15th received first letter at 3:40EST - sent in first letter at 9:00EST
Got first response from blizz at 1:40AM (Oct 16) sent letter back to Seph at 7:33AM EST
Got second letter from seph on Oct 17th @ 6:00PM EST sent ticket into blizzard
