I believe I answered you in email already, but I would send you a letter, when you get a response, you send it to me, at which point I either send you the next letter or congratulate you on your Unban. You could utilize a free translator, and fix any minor mistakes you notice in the writing, but I service many German customers.

I am sorry after only two tickets, you feel as though you have wasted your money. Further, I hope you aren't just pouting because you are upset with response times... As it was explained up front, I answer customers in the order they are received, based on the level of service they purchased. I know you were irritated, as you sent multiple emails asking for your ticket, but as explained, I don't skip around for people.. I answer in the order received.

As for you mentioning tickets are getting cancelled, you had only received two tickets so far... One which you sent me the full response to, and the other, you had never emailed me again... Worst case scenario, only 50% of the tickets you received were cancelled, but again, that is just an assumption, as you had not emailed me any further information.

hi,my situation consist in a 6 months ban for botting. i've opened one ticket and got canceled and they said that i can't reopen ticket about the ban because they gona be canceled. is there any hope for a reduction of the duration at least?
have you ever had a situation like that before?
