It might still be worth a shot, but people should know that for Blizzard/WoW and specially when you get banned for 3rd party program such as SBR in a banwave its extremly low chance to get unbanned nowdays, its not like it used to be like 2 years ago, before their new ban policy. Blizzard is aware of every "trick" and even states in the mail when you get banned " Our support staff will not overturn this penalty and may not respond to appeals" and "the account holder is responsible for all activity on the account".

I just got a response with the next letter, all is well. 24 hours between letters is fine considering i didnt pay for the top package.

All,

Had my game banned and decided to use Sephiroth. I must say I am impressed. I bought his lifetime service which I'm sure ill need again one day and from the time I started talking with Sephiroth he never left me hanging. From the very start Seph gives you some great information regarding your specific case then immediately writes the the initial letter to send thats tailored to you specifically. I always forwarded my responses from Seph from the game company to him and then he sends me back a letter to reply back with.

This whole ordeal took about 3 weeks. They had to keep sending my account up higher and higher in the food chain for review and investigation. The best advice I can give someone in my shoes is use Sephiroth and play from behind a VPN like I do.

Definitely will be using again because I never learn my lesson.
