what is the different between premium ,single letter and advanced besides number of letter ? Is that different service provide different quality of the letter?

As I mention when I send people info about payment, Payment is $33/30E for Advanced (20 Letters) or $50/45E for Premium (30 Letters)
With Advanced, if you email me, and I already have 55 customers to write for, you become the 56th I write for, while with Premium, you would be come the 1st I write for.

That is an example of how Premium would prioritize a customer in the line. Premium goes ahead of all the Advanced customers as they come in.

Is it scam?
It is not scam cause agreement is about preparing info and appeal request email content that has done with no problem till now.

Result:
I had no success after 7~8 emails (all has cancelled by blizz support).

Is this service usefull or useless?
Tbh there may be others who had success and could unban their accounts before or maybe a few ones who does not like to write here about their success but tbh based on my case and number of positive responses here which are not many (if not zero) after ban wave I don't suggest this service for who has suffered of this wave .

Seph sent the letter quick with some bonus strats, first letter no luck, asked for second, we'll see how it goes. All in all seph provides a good service, he's as quick as I imagine he can be, and his responses are meaningful. I got the premium service, I'll keep everyone up to date with my potential account status.
