I was part of the arch ban wave, back 7-10 months ago. Any way you could help me? I put in a couple tickets myself and I been unsuccessful they just keep telling me after multiple representatives reviewed this account our decision is final.

I just signed up with his service too, great guy and very helpful and shot my first email out, unfortunately shortly after I got the response "multiple representatives blablabla and any further queries on this matter will not get any replies"
