Update2: First letter sent - got denied and closed
Update3: Second letter / appeal rejected and met with "we now consider this matter closed and no further reviews will be offered."
Update4: About 5-6 letters in now and not getting anywhere at all at the moment. Seems Blizzard just don't want to listen or care.

Literally payed $50 for his service, he wrote me a single letter and said he would get to me first and I assumed he would actually honor his service, I got a notification from Blizzard support saying something in the lines of they can't do anything about my ban even with this letter. I wrote Seph on Skype and his email and he never responded. He just pocketed my money ffs.

What is your email even? I have never done anything like that in the 10 years I've been providing this service... It could simply be that I didn't respond to you as fast as you wish, but that can also be based on what type you send me the email...
