I was suspended a week ago today on wow for 6 months. I was not running a bot or program. Was simply using gnomesequencer and keyboard repeat with delay macros with a 2x4 multibox team. So I was botting by terms of not following the rule "1 keypress per 1 action". Just not injecting into the game or anything like that. With that being said I had no hope of getting my account back or the suspension reduced. I not being a member here or knowing about this service in general, attempted to appeal it with zero admittance of fault and very heart felt attempts. 2 rejected. 3rd not even looked at and said penalty has been upheld and no further tickets on this matter will be reviewed.

So stumbling around on google I find this forum and this thread in it. I look at all the pages and all the good that Sephirofl has done, and was like OMG this is amazing! So I contacted him and with in a hour I had a response via email. I paid the 50$ for premium. Not that I was or am in a rush, but because if this guy puts in this kind of work with this kind of success then whats 50$ for the 13 years of my account, the 8-10m gold I have, then 100m in items that I have in the AH that will go to the mail and in 30days be deleted forever! And even more so, the chance to remove a mark on my markless account.

So the first email to Sephirofl was on wednesday october 24th. Payment was sent the following day. No response from sephirofl on a question I had asked before paying. Still no response from him on friday. Friday night I received a email saying payment for premium received. And immediately after that an email with some things to do and a letter to send blizzard. The steps are kinda unclear and I asked but was excited to send in my first letter so I did not wait very long for him to answer the question. My fault, not his. I then made another mistake and hopefully corrected it. But thats on me. I sent in my first letter and 2 hours after that a GM responded with basically since the issue had been officially reviewed by the appeals team, no further tickets will be reviewed from that license. Sent that to sephirofl. Today is monday afternoon. I still have received no response from Sephirofl. Not even to my first question friday night. Just nothing. Not even accepted my skype message requests.

What he is doing is very very helpful in the gaming world for people who break the rules, those who bend them, and even those who just get hit by accident. I am still hopeful that he can do something for me. I post here with this early review because I did not look at the last 10 pages 100-110 and see that he now has a wife, kid, and life in general. It is not going as fast as I had hoped. And if you are looking for someone to get this done in a hurry even paying for premium, just understand that it still may take time. And for the past 2 years it looks like blizzard is cutting back on appealing bans/suspensions especially if they have good proof. I would take my penalty and serve my 6 months if I did not lose all my gold, all my items. Which 90% of the items were items I farmed for the hard way. 1 toon, running dungeons and raids. Losing the gold hurts, but it was mostly acquired from multiboxing with the method I was suspended for. MOST of it.

All in all, I feel like Sephirofl has a full plate with family and kid and life. And you as a customer should know that. I own my own business as well, and when Im super busy I turn customers away. I just feel like if I pay 50$ for a service, I should get a bit more communication and a bit more effort. Or at least say hey, Im super busy right now and I want you to know I am going to work as hard as I can to get what you need done.

Again, Not a negative review. Just an honest one. I really hope that it is not taken badly or in a negative way. What he is doing for us is really awesome and maybe blizzard are just being harder on people. I will keep this post updated as well.

Have sent 2 letters that Sephirofl has wrote for me, which is my 5th ticket in. I am now being threatened with further actions for harassing GMs. Not looking good for me. But oh well.

Used Sephiroth recently to get unbanned from League of Legends after I scripted on it back in 2014. Sephiroth helped me structure tickets specifically tailored to my account. After many attempts of back and forth with Riot sadly the account is not unbanned because they are super strict with competitively cheating.

Throughout a whole week though Sephiroth was within reach every time Riot responded to one of my tickets to help me structure a response. He was helpful, professional, and I feel like because of him I can rest easy about the account being banned because we gave it one hell of a shot. If you have a banned account that you value in any game I suggest using Sephiroth. It isn't 100% you will get unbanned but you can be sure you will give yourself the best opportunity to get it back.

10/10 would use again
