Let me start off by saying I've been dealing with pr3cious for a while now, used many of his(her?) services, going up several hundred euros of business. While he/she may not always be the fastest in responding (though i've not had too much issues with this myself), the fact that any kind of refund settlement is offered to begin with is pretty unique in a shady business such as this one. Honestly people, when you pay 1/6th of the blizzard price each month, what do you expect? as if that's not enough, everyone en masse tried to abuse the annual pass to get a nearly free diablo, beta access and some shitty mount. You REALLY think blizzard would just look at it, be like meh, and let it all happen? It was a gamble, and we lost. You can't really attack this seller for that, you should have common sense of your own.
at the moment I have six or so accounts running by this person (and I too have lost 3 ap accounts due to the removals, but I decided to void any kind of reimbursement and just order new time. Remember how dirt cheap this gametime is.) and all the non AP accounts run fine. The one AP account gets it's time removed from time to time and that's okay, because it's still dirt cheap. His unmerged account service has worked fine aswell.
All in all, credits to this seller for providing an okayish product with good service for an insanely low price. It's like buying the cheapest brand: often it works fine, sometimes you strike out and should just count your losses. In this case the gains outweight the losses by so much that for me it's still a nobrainer.
