    Let me start off by saying I've been dealing with pr3cious for a while now, used many of his(her?) services, going up several hundred euros of business. While he/she may not always be the fastest in responding (though i've not had too much issues with this myself), the fact that any kind of refund settlement is offered to begin with is pretty unique in a shady business such as this one. Honestly people, when you pay 1/6th of the blizzard price each month, what do you expect? as if that's not enough, everyone en masse tried to abuse the annual pass to get a nearly free diablo, beta access and some shitty mount. You REALLY think blizzard would just look at it, be like meh, and let it all happen? It was a gamble, and we lost. You can't really attack this seller for that, you should have common sense of your own.

    at the moment I have six or so accounts running by this person (and I too have lost 3 ap accounts due to the removals, but I decided to void any kind of reimbursement and just order new time. Remember how dirt cheap this gametime is.) and all the non AP accounts run fine. The one AP account gets it's time removed from time to time and that's okay, because it's still dirt cheap. His unmerged account service has worked fine aswell.

    All in all, credits to this seller for providing an okayish product with good service for an insanely low price. It's like buying the cheapest brand: often it works fine, sometimes you strike out and should just count your losses. In this case the gains outweight the losses by so much that for me it's still a nobrainer.

    I might have to correct you on this one - it's not pretty unique. My friend got a 1 month refund from a seller after his 1 month got removed, the only catch there was that seller said he'll compensate but on another account, one which does not have AP. Some sellers really do compensate, they're just as vocal about it as Pr3cious was.
    I understand they can't compensate everyone since it would be a loss for them after all, I just mind how they present themselves as if they care for customers and then make up silly excuses when you contact them privately. Again, I'm not saying they're awful - but not as great as some people here claim they are. They did compensate some people, but it was mostly loyal customers, with some exceptions.
    I don't want to start an arguement here, just wanted to leave a feedback, mostly cause I'm sure I'm not exactly an isolated case.

    No, she isn't scammer and those are legit fedbacks not her own. Or do you honestly think someone would fedback about themselves that they don't / can't compensate all cases (with examples)?     I bought 12 months of her some time ago, some time ago 6 of them got removed, and I got 3 refunded, that was ok (12 - 6 = 6) -> (6 + 3 = 9). Now those 3 got removed aswell (9 - 3 = 6), and at the moment I have 6-month recurring on my account, and my account status is pending and I can't log in.
    So the status as it is now, I paid 85k gold ingame and I got 10 actual days of gametime for it. (when I bought all the gametime I was still playing on the gametime I bought in store).

    Have been trying to get a hold of her since last night, she replied in some short answers to the email Blizzard sent me, but nothing clear to what could help me out or what could be a solution. Have important stuff planned for tonight and tomorrow ingame, and I can't log in.

    Hope to get a reply ASAP that can help me out and edit this post that I've been helped, because at the moment I feel like she doesn't care.

    (dont bother saying "dont leave negative comments", I'm saying how the current situation is, if it will get resolved, I will comment here aswell that it was fixed)

    EDIT: now the 6 months have been removed aswell, and yet no answer from Pr3cious still. My reliability in her is strongly decreasing.

    Nash-Woods: First massdelete was on April 12th, second was on 11th May. I will not add anymore RAF gametime into Annual Pass users right now.
    Alternative is that I add the remaining months on account which >>>does not have annual pass<<<<<<<. (For the next 2 of first one is already done for example).
    This compensation was not a must from me, it was freely. So if it doenst work I cant help with it another way.

    Me:Ok, but u can return me my money.

    I have bought more than 24 months from her, and lost more than 15 months from Blizzard. I didnt get any refund for my lost gold... All she said is: hi, now, wait...
    I dont say that she is a scamer or something, but now I found new seller, that is much more faster and legit as well. And cheaper...

    * the gametime mostly secure and a very low chance of getting removed. It is due to buying raf gametime is against blizzard's rules because it is only a service used for friend and family.

    Your gametime has a higher chance of removal if you:
    1, you open a ticket while having the gametime and a gm investigate your account and suspect that you bought it
    2, have annual pass open
    i will not be responsible for your actions.

    1.2 guarantee of safety of your account
    it's
    0% risk of getting your account banned with the gametime. The gametime can never get your account banned.

    1.3 guarantee for not losing money using my service (voluntary)
    if your gametime got removed without any actions from 1.1, i will compensate.

    For most cases the compensation will be:
    I.e: You paid me 12.99 euro for 12 months gametime and lost it, i can refund 1 month beacue 1 month equals 12.99 euro in blizzard store.

    iam doing this voluntary to make customers happy and not becasue i have to do this. You buy at your own risk!

    The thing about that is that.. that disclaimer was not always there so I'm not sure how that applies to everyone since of course it was changed since they began removing RAF time on AP accounts. Precious also had highlighted text saying that it was 100% working with annual passes. I'm not saying I reported precious or anything as I have done business with her as well but there are different ways to look at this.
