Edit: I jsut traded for a third time this time he contacted me saying my servers prices had gone up and so he would pay me more if I bought from him and I was like woohoo! Then he told me he was short money so I would have to wait 4-5 hours before I got my payment. I was a little nervous, but I had traded twice before. I took the chance and 5 hours later he sent me a message telling me he had sent it and it was there So, if that situation ever arises, know that they will pay you. Very honest group and I will continue using them

i did end up trading another 100+k to these guys but was un-impressed by the customer service this time.
i informed them i wanted to pay with the G bank method...
and he kept on lining people up with me that did not want to do this.

SO i wasted a good 2 hours of my time selling the gold.

I also recieved a phishing email to my paypal email address asking for my account details etc saying my account had been suspended some time after the transaction.
They were the only people WOW related that i gave this email address out to.

and i knew something was up because my wow account is not linked to this email address.

TLDR: AVERAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE. BUT THEY DO PAY AND SELL AT GOOD PRICES. WATCH FOR THE SCAM EMAIL AFTER YOU TRADE
