Even if it's a really nice account Cataclysm expansion is almost out so that means all the 6.4k gs you have will be worth nothing at all. The only nice thing i've seen mentioned is that you've got 250k gold, but the price is still way overpriced.

I'd just sell the gold for about 300 USD, and get rid of the account for 500 USD before you lose your chance to make a profit out of it.
So it's like this; Account is worth 500$ for another 13 weeks, once 13 weeks are over it's down to 100$, gold is 300 perma, if you're going to sell both together I'd do it for 750$-775$.

I don't really know when it comes to gold, since most gold sellers are scammers faking their own company.

Not sure if this guy is a scammer, he's leading you to other sites which may be scammer sites, I'm not 100% sure of it though.

gold is generally sold (to gold shops) at 2$ per k. 250 x2 = your gold price.. and fyi that is CHEAP since it is legit.

3.5-4/k for gold shop to a durp-buyer.

the account itself 450 ish when cata hits it will be worth about 250-275 (80/85, mounts, gear, proffs are there)



the guy above about the pricing 500 accnt is over pricing it.
aswell as gold perma at 300$ for all of that... no gold is going to be fantastically easy to farm up thereby increased supply with a lowered demand = prices drop.

famous trend, vanilla end = 20$/k bc end= 10$/k wrath end=5$/k there is something here i do believe.
