As the title suggests. Prices vary depending on a few factors. Class, current rating, desired rating, and time/effort involved in boosting your account. I take plat or paypal, and usually require half the payment up front and the other half upon completion.

If for whatever reason I cannot complete your order, your money will be refunded. I have a team of people assisting me, which means your rating is 100% guaranteed. New to Ownedcore, but fairly well known on Pergo.

legit. Dude is a good guy just doing boosts as fast and efficient as possible. Was really clear all the way and very reasonable. I opted to let his team push my account from around 1500 to 1800 and it took around an hour.

I am a very paranoid person and didn't give over my account without some trepidation. One thing you can do (and should do anyways) is change your account email. I break security systems for a living and the biggest risk in carbine's design is that it's so easy to change the email on your account (if it get's compromised and they change the email it's that much harder to recover it). However you can only do this once every 60 days so it makes it much more difficult to change after you do it once. Luckily, no problems and everything was professional.

Possibly, but probably not anytime soon. Just recently expanded to dominion on the server that I'm already on.
